Class structure:
Starts October 15th.
Live Zoom sessions every Wednesday night for 8 weeks, from 7–8 pm (skipping Thanksgiving week).
Live attendance is encouraged, especially for questions. Recordings will also be available for 30 days for flexible practice.

Loose-fitting clothing.
