Life Force Tai Chi™ - Energy Body Workout: Semi-Private Sessions
Jackie is offering semi-private tai chi classes in a beautiful outdoor location, with a maximum of six students per session. This small group size ensures plenty of personal attention. They will be held on Thursdays from 1-2, Saturday from 8:30-9:30 and 10-11. Starting on Thursday July 17th and Saturday July 19th for 8 weeks.
These classes will emphasize proper body mechanics and internal awareness, using specific tai chi movements and postures as a framework for these ancient teachings. The "inside out" teaching method used in these classes was developed by my teacher, the renowned martial artist and tai chi master, Sifu Harinder Singh.
Learning tai chi in this format has deeply impacted how I approach my qigong practice, healing work, and even my golf game. The forms and movements provide a foundation for reconnecting with our natural way of being and moving. It has genuinely improved every aspect of my life, from work to play to relationships, and I’m thrilled to share it. It’s also one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling practices I’ve ever experienced.

Qigong Foundations
An 8-week online class designed to enhance balance in all aspects of life, starting Wednesday, July 16th, from 7 to 8 PM. We will meet online every Wednesday for 8 weeks. While attending live is recommended, it’s not mandatory, as a recording will be available for you to practice at your convenience.
This class is key to building a strong foundation. We’ll explore and embody the core principles of qigong, enhancing your understanding of this art form.
Each class builds on the previous one, creating a daily routine that helps you feel calm and connected with yourself and those around you. This balanced and centered state not only improves your physical health and boosts your energy but also positively influences your daily life, strengthening relationships with friends, family, and coworkers.
