Life Force Tai Chi™ - Energy Body Workout

Tai Chi has been practiced for thousands of years. Discover how these "simple" movements serve as a powerful healing tool and can transform all aspects of life: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We will dive into the neigong or internal skill to unlock blockages that will bring ease and relaxation into your body and mind. Each posture is layered with wisdom that is not obvious to the naked eye. Understanding and applying these principles will enhance your physical performance if you play a sport, provide greater clarity at work, and create a stronger connection to your loved ones and your higher power.

Along with body mechanics, posture and energetic principles, Jackie will also be teaching the philosophy of how and why tai chi (and qigong) work and how these principles can be incorporated into daily life to help you be more efficient at work, more present at home and live a healthier more balanced life, regardless of the external circumstances. Applying these principles will reduce stress, anger, anxiety, depression, grief, worry, self-doubt and fear all while raising you up to experience a higher state of being manifesting as happiness, self-love, compassion, confidence, self-trust and a sense of peace.

Learning tai chi in this format has deeply impacted how I approach my qigong practice, healing work, and even my golf game. The forms and movements provide a foundation for reconnecting with our natural way of being and moving. It has genuinely improved every aspect of my life, from work to play to relationships, and I’m thrilled to share it. It’s also one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling practices I’ve ever experienced.

Achieve and Maintain Optimal Health with Qigong

Qigong Foundations

Jackie is offering an 8-week online Qigong Foundations class starting Wednesday July 16th from 7-8 pm. (If you are unable to attend live, no need to worry, classes will be recorded and made available to you for 30 days allowing you watch and practice at your convenience). Qigong Foundations is a precursor to regulating the endocrine system class.

This class emphasizes practicing and "being." Each session starts with a brief lecture to cover essential principles of alignment, posture, and key energetic concepts. Jackie has crafted a foundational qigong class designed to align your body, mind, and spirit freeing you from scattered thoughts and patterns. Each class builds on the previous one, creating a daily routine that helps you feel calm and connected with yourself and those around you. This balanced and centered state not only improves your physical health and boosts your energy but also positively influences your daily life, strengthening relationships with friends, family, and coworkers.

This course includes the following:

  • Warm-up exercises that support the muscles, joints and tendons

  • Point Tapping to stimulate specific acupuncture points to dilate the channels and allow for smooth flow of energy throughout the body

  • Golden Ball - simple effective qigong exercise to regulate the entire system

  • 1-10 Meditation and 3 Invocations to ground and connect yourself. This is also used to create healthy energetic boundaries. For those who have learned this in the past, this class will be taking a deeper dive into the imagery and feeling sensation of this meditation taking it to another level.

  • Organ healing sounds to wash away stuck emotions and sensations

  • First meditation - a simple breathing exercise to bring your body, breath and mind in alignment creating peace and calm within minutes

  • Second meditation - designed to create space within the joints, aiding physical issues related to muscles, joints and tendons. It also promotes emotional and mental clarity, helping you navigate your day with greater ease and relaxation.

  • Chong channel (endocrine system) exercise - a relaxing exercise to stimulate and clean the endocrine glands.

The next online endocrine class will start in September of 2025. Taking Qigong Foundations first is highly recommended.

Qigong to regulate the endocrine system: balance hormones, regulate mood, metabolism, digestion, sleep, blood pressure, blood sugar, adrenal function and more.

In Chinese medicine there is a channel called the chong channel. It is one of the 8 extraordinary vessels, which act as reservoirs of energy. The chong regulates circulation of qi/energy and blood in the twelve regular channels. These twelve regular channels are connected to the organs and their functions; therefore, by awakening the chong channel, all systems in the body are affected. This special channel runs through every endocrine gland: the pituitary, thyroid, thymus, pancreas, adrenal, and reproductive glands. This qigong series will help to open the receptors on each of these glands, allowing the hormones to be received and your body to function at its optimal health.

Jackie has been instructing these exercises to patients and students for nearly 15 years. The feedback she has received indicates that it helps induce an extremely relaxed state, and after practicing for a few minutes, individuals feel as though they have been meditating for hours, thereby reducing stress, anxiety, and depression.

In her 22 years of clinical experience, Jackie has assisted thousands of patients with insomnia, fatigue, digestive issues, high blood pressure, hormone imbalances, stress, anxiety and depression. She has combined 19 years of qigong training with her clinical experience to develop a series of simple yet effective exercises to improve sleep and digestion, reduced stress, depression and anxiety, increase vitality, balance hormones and have a sense of feeling centered and grounded.

This is a gentle yet powerful group of exercises. In this class we will be clearing and aligning the chakras, awakening the endocrine system and stretching the physical tissues to hold these energetic shifts.
